師資
張緒穆,1961年生,國際知名配位化學(xué)和金屬有機化學(xué)家,南方科技大學(xué)理學(xué)院化學(xué)系講席教授、鵬城孔雀特聘教授。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論著433余篇,在Science;J.Am.Chem.Soc.;Angew.Chem.等學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論著380余篇,論文他引>20000 多次,其中單篇論文他引>1800次,H-index>80。張緒穆教授2002年獲得美國化學(xué)會Arthur C.Cope Scholar獎,是第一位榮獲此獎的中國內(nèi)地出生的科學(xué)家;張緒穆教授發(fā)展的張烯炔環(huán)異構(gòu)化反應(yīng)因其重要性成為以其姓氏命名的人名反應(yīng),目前全球僅有少數(shù)幾位華人有此殊榮。中國化學(xué)學(xué)會會士,現(xiàn)任《中國醫(yī)藥工業(yè)雜志》副主任編委,《Green Synthesis and Catalysis》副主編,《Chemical Reviews》編委。
學(xué)習(xí)及科研經(jīng)歷
1982年在武漢大學(xué)獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位;1985年在中國科學(xué)院福建物質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)研究所獲得碩士學(xué)位,師從盧嘉錫院士(諾貝爾獎獲獎?wù)週inus Pauling的博士后,時任中國科學(xué)院院長);1987年在加州大學(xué)圣地亞哥分校(University of California,San Diego)獲得碩士學(xué)位,師從 Gerhard N.Schauzer教授;1992年在斯坦福大學(xué)(Stanford University)獲得博士學(xué)位,師從美國國家科學(xué)院院士James P.Collman教授(兩位諾貝爾獎獲獎?wù)逽harpless和Grubbs的導(dǎo)師);1992—1994年在斯坦福大學(xué)做博士后研究;1994—2006年任教于美國賓夕法尼亞州州立大學(xué)并獲終身教授職位;2007—2015年任新澤西州立大學(xué)化學(xué)學(xué)院杰出講席教授;2015—2018年,任南方科技大學(xué)化學(xué)系講座教授及系主任;2017年當(dāng)選國家中組部特聘專家聯(lián)誼會化學(xué)化工專委會主任;2018—2023年,任南方科技大學(xué)理學(xué)院副院長;2019年任南科大坪山生物醫(yī)藥研究院院長;2022年入選俄羅斯工程院外籍院士。
研究領(lǐng)域
張緒穆教授長期致力于發(fā)展高效、高選擇性不對稱催化反應(yīng),利用自己原創(chuàng)的手性配體工具箱為技術(shù)平臺,以重大藥物合成為產(chǎn)業(yè)化突破口,開發(fā)有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)、安全、環(huán)保、低成本、高質(zhì)量的藥物綠色合成新工藝。近年來也致力于拓展小分子化合物庫并開展高通量生物篩選、分析藥效團構(gòu)效關(guān)系,研發(fā)新型小分子藥物。先后成立了凱瑞斯德(蘇州)(Chiral Quest,技術(shù)產(chǎn)品)和凱特立斯公司(Catalys,技術(shù)平臺)。
