個人簡介
張鳳元,南方科技大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程系研究助理教授(副研究員),深圳市鵬城孔雀計劃 C檔。2020年博士畢業(yè)于愛爾蘭都柏林大學(xué),2021-2022年在南方科技大學(xué)從事博士后研究。主要從事儲能電介質(zhì)、鐵電薄膜及納米結(jié)構(gòu)的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)與性能研究。近年來,發(fā)表論文三十余篇,其中以(共同)第一作者以及(共同)通訊作者在Advanced Materials,Nano letters,Small Methods,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces,Applied Physics Letters等國際期刊發(fā)表論文10篇;以第一發(fā)明人申請專利2項;獲批國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金,廣東省基礎(chǔ)與應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究青年基金,深圳市優(yōu)秀科技創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)(博士啟動)等項目;獲廣東省海外博士后人才支持項目。
