個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

陳華,南方科技大學(xué)量子科學(xué)與工程院副研究員,博導(dǎo),IEEE Senior Member,深圳市“鵬城孔雀計(jì)劃”特聘人才。2007年本科畢業(yè)于重慶郵電大學(xué)微電子專業(yè),2017年博士畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院微電子研究所。2007-2010年,擔(dān)任中國電科24所RFIC工程師。2017-2022年,擔(dān)任中科院微電子所助理研究員、副研究員(在編)。2022年4月,加入南科大量子院。在中國電科24所期間,參與了數(shù)字電視調(diào)諧器、射頻標(biāo)簽、北斗二代導(dǎo)航定位等多款芯片量產(chǎn);在中科院微電子所期間,參與了多項(xiàng)國家級(jí)重大項(xiàng)目。Nature Electronics/IEEE Sensors Journal等期刊審稿人,共發(fā)表論文36篇,申請(qǐng)專利14項(xiàng),授權(quán)7項(xiàng),主持自然基金項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)。在PLL、AFE及MEMS測(cè)控方面有專長,目前的研究興趣為面向可擴(kuò)展量子計(jì)算的高性能集成化低溫測(cè)控芯片設(shè)計(jì)。
