師資
李嘉敏,本科、博士畢業(yè)于新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)電子工程系,于2022年8月加入南方科技大學(xué)深港微電子學(xué)院,現(xiàn)任副教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事面向體域物聯(lián)網(wǎng)無(wú)線能量與數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)碾娐放c系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),低功耗生物醫(yī)療片上系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),能量采集、傳輸及電源管理芯片設(shè)計(jì),智能感知ASIC設(shè)計(jì)等。相關(guān)成果發(fā)表于Nature Electronics、集成電路領(lǐng)域頂刊 IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC)、生物醫(yī)療電子期刊IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems (TBioCAS)、集成電路頂會(huì)ISSCC (“芯片奧林匹克”)、VLSI、知名會(huì)議ESSCIRC、ASSCC等。同時(shí)擔(dān)任ISSCC Student Research Preview (SRP)技術(shù)委員會(huì)委員、國(guó)際固態(tài)電路協(xié)會(huì) (IEEE SSCS) Women-in-Circuit Committee成員,多個(gè)期刊和會(huì)議審稿人。
