師資
汪敬博士,南方科技大學(xué)深港微電子學(xué)院副教授(研究員,PI),博士生導(dǎo)師。深圳市車規(guī)級(jí)固態(tài)激光雷達(dá)工程研究中心副主任,“廣東特支計(jì)劃“科技創(chuàng)新青年拔尖人才,深圳市孔雀計(jì)劃海外高層次人才,龍崗區(qū)“深龍英才”,電子元器件高級(jí)工程師。2010年本科畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)電子工程系,2015年博士畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海微系統(tǒng)與信息技術(shù)研究所,其中 2013 年至 2014 年在美國(guó)普渡大學(xué)進(jìn)行聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)。2015 年到 2018年在世界五百?gòu)?qiáng)企業(yè)從事前沿光電芯片的研發(fā)工作。2018 年開始在深圳市速騰聚創(chuàng)科技有限公司擔(dān)任高級(jí)別研發(fā)專家,負(fù)責(zé)車載固態(tài)激光雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)、芯片和器件研發(fā)及管理工作。作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人主持工信部人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新任務(wù)揭榜掛帥項(xiàng)目、科技部國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃智能傳感器重點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)課題、深圳市科創(chuàng)委技術(shù)攻關(guān)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等6項(xiàng)政府科研項(xiàng)目,并參與近十項(xiàng)政府項(xiàng)目。目前已經(jīng)申請(qǐng)專利 130余項(xiàng),授權(quán) 50 余項(xiàng),發(fā)表論文 20余篇,出版英文專著1本,集成電路布局設(shè)計(jì)著作權(quán)7項(xiàng)。他在激光雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、芯片開發(fā)、處理算法和光機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方面取得了大量有影響力的創(chuàng)新成果,具有 30 余次 CMOS 流片經(jīng)驗(yàn)。同時(shí)受邀編寫激光雷達(dá)芯片行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1項(xiàng),多次在重要技術(shù)和行業(yè)論壇上面做邀請(qǐng)報(bào)告。他還獲得過(guò)南山區(qū)十大創(chuàng)新工匠、中科院優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文、中國(guó)科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)獎(jiǎng)、博士國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金等榮譽(yù)。他是 IEEE\中國(guó)光學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)\中國(guó)光學(xué)工程學(xué)會(huì)的高級(jí)會(huì)員,并擔(dān)任十余個(gè)科技部門的人才和項(xiàng)目評(píng)審專家。研究方向包括:高速硅光調(diào)制器、探測(cè)器及其大規(guī)模集成芯片設(shè)計(jì),激光雷達(dá)光電芯片設(shè)計(jì),基于硅光芯片的復(fù)雜光電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。
