羅智副教授,南方科技大學(xué)生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程系副教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。先后取得清華大學(xué)學(xué)士,瑞士洛桑聯(lián)邦理工(EPFL)優(yōu)等博士學(xué)位(導(dǎo)師為Francesco Stellacci 教授,歐洲科學(xué)院院士),并在瑞士蘇黎世聯(lián)邦理工(ETH)藥學(xué)系完成博士后研究(合作導(dǎo)師為Jean-Christophe Leroux 教授,歐洲科學(xué)院院士)。2021年全職加入南方科技大學(xué)生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程系,入選國家高層次人才(青年),建立仿生醫(yī)藥與材料實驗室(Laboratory of bioinspired medicine and materials)。近五年發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文近20篇,包括PNAS, Nat. Commun., Sci. Adv., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Acc. Chem. Res.,Adv. Drug Deliv. Rev.等國際知名期刊;在口服藥物遞送領(lǐng)域科研成果已進(jìn)入人體實驗階段,與多個跨國藥企保持長期合作。

研究興趣
實驗室擁有多學(xué)科高度交叉的研究背景,包括材料物理化學(xué),藥學(xué),同步輻射及中子散射大型儀器表征等。研究思路為從復(fù)雜的醫(yī)學(xué)、生命現(xiàn)象出發(fā),提煉出普遍的基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)問題;將先進(jìn)的儀器表征、分析方法引入到新型醫(yī)藥材料的探索之中;最終利用這些理論技術(shù)開發(fā)創(chuàng)新藥物及其遞送方式。特別關(guān)注口服藥物遞送領(lǐng)域,將材料表界面,超分子化學(xué),3D打印等概念和工具用于設(shè)計新的藥物分子及遞送體系,解決臨床上未被滿足的需求。
