師資
馬大為,講席教授,中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士。
1984年畢業(yè)于山東大學(xué)化學(xué)系,1989年于中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海有機(jī)化學(xué)研究所獲博士學(xué)位。1990-1994年在美國(guó)匹茲堡大學(xué)化學(xué)系和Mayo Clinic神經(jīng)化學(xué)和神經(jīng)生物學(xué)研究部進(jìn)行博士后研究。1994年回到中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海有機(jī)化學(xué)研究所工作,2019年當(dāng)選中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士?,F(xiàn)任美國(guó)化學(xué)會(huì)Journal of Organic Chemistry 副主編,Acc. Chem. Res., Nat. Prod. Rep., Adv. Syn. Catal.,Chem. Asia J., Tetrahedron/Tetrahedron Letters 等國(guó)際雜志的顧問(wèn)編委等職務(wù)。
研究方向?yàn)榛瘜W(xué)生物學(xué)導(dǎo)向的有機(jī)合成,藥物化學(xué)。已發(fā)表論文300余篇。他發(fā)展的偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)曾被上千次用于生物活性小分子的創(chuàng)制以及3個(gè)藥物的工業(yè)化生產(chǎn),發(fā)展的抗腫瘤藥物曲貝替定的高效合成路線也已進(jìn)入工業(yè)化生產(chǎn),最近發(fā)現(xiàn)的兩個(gè)激酶抑制劑分別作為治療神經(jīng)退行性疾病和肺癌的藥物,在歐洲和中國(guó)進(jìn)入了一期臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。
最近獲得的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)包括ACS Cope scholar award (2018) , 未來(lái)科學(xué)大獎(jiǎng)之“物質(zhì)科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)”(2018) ,中國(guó)科學(xué)院杰出科技成就獎(jiǎng)(2019)等。
