譚鵬,南方科技大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院生化系助理教授、副研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師。此前于麻省理工學(xué)院-哈佛大學(xué)Broad Institute 從事博士后研究,師從著名計(jì)算生物學(xué)家Aviv Regev 和腸病專家Ramnik Xavier。博士階段在康奈爾醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬休斯頓衛(wèi)理公會(huì)醫(yī)院Rong-Fu Wang 實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事腫瘤免疫學(xué)研究。致力于利用Proximity labeling和蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、光遺傳學(xué)、新型單細(xì)胞空間多組學(xué)、大規(guī)模體內(nèi)Perturb-seq等技術(shù)和小鼠模型研究炎癥相關(guān)疾病的致病機(jī)理、腫瘤免疫逃逸機(jī)制、神經(jīng)免疫互作和腸腦軸。作為國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)組織Human Cell Atlas和Food Allergy Science Initiative成員,參與粘膜神經(jīng)與食物過(guò)敏相關(guān)研究。曾獲美國(guó)克羅恩病與結(jié)腸炎基金會(huì)CCFA的學(xué)生研究獎(jiǎng)和IBD Plexus獎(jiǎng),共發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇,包括Nature、Nature Medicine 、Nature Chemical Biology 、Nature Cell Biology 、Nucleic Acids Research、Molecular Cell、Cell Host & Microbe、Immunity、Journal of Clinical Investigation、Physiological Reviews等。
