研究助理教授

個人簡介:

陸文琴,南方科技大學研究助理教授。2015年本科畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)林科技大學,2020年博士畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)林科技大學,2021年加入南方科技大學生物系翟繼先課題組從事博士后研究并工作至今。主要從事的研究領(lǐng)域有:基于長度長測序技術(shù)研究mRNA poly(A)尾長度調(diào)控機制;開發(fā)高通量單細胞多組學技術(shù)。近年來以第一或共同作者在Nature Plants, The Plant Cell, Molecular Plant, Molecular Plant Pathology等發(fā)表多篇高水平研究論文。


研究領(lǐng)域:

植物poly(A)尾長度調(diào)控機制;高通量單細胞多組學方法的研發(fā)。


工作經(jīng)歷:
