閆凱歌

個(gè)人簡介:

閆凱歌,2011年畢業(yè)于南開大學(xué)物理科學(xué)學(xué)院,取得學(xué)士學(xué)位。同年加入清華大學(xué)高寧教授和雷建林教授課題組攻讀博士,于2016年獲得生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位。之后加入英國劍橋MRC分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室英國皇家學(xué)會(huì)院士David Barford課題組從事博士后研究。自2010年起,閆博士一直從事結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究,多次以第一作者在Nature, Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, Nucleic Acids Research等國際頂級(jí)期刊發(fā)表重要研究成果。2020年10月加入南方科技大學(xué)生物系。

研究領(lǐng)域:

主要利用冷凍電鏡三維重構(gòu)技術(shù)、生物化學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)手段進(jìn)行大分子機(jī)器的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)室的主要研究方向包括:

1. 著絲點(diǎn)(動(dòng)粒)組裝機(jī)制的研究;

2. 核酸蛋白大分子復(fù)合物工作機(jī)制的研究。
