個人簡介
余浩教授是復旦大學學士,美國加州大學洛杉磯分校電子工程系博士。2021年入選國家萬人計劃科技創(chuàng)新領軍人才、2017年入選國家青年特聘專家、2019年入選廣東省珠江人才青年拔尖人才、IEEE APCCAS 大會主席、IEEE SSC深圳Chapter主席、IEEE電路與系統(tǒng)(CAS)方向國際杰出宣講人。余浩教授2010年起在新加坡南洋理工大學任助理教授和集成電路研究中心主任,2017年以國家青年特聘專家身份加入南方科技大學任長聘教授,現(xiàn)擔任南方科技大學國家示范微電子學院創(chuàng)院副院長,教育部工程研究中心-未來通信集成電路執(zhí)行主任,南科大-ARM中國/中興人工智能實驗室負責人。余浩教授長期從事高性能集成電路芯片設計和研究工作(主要方向包括人工智能芯片,太赫茲通訊芯片,DNA傳感器芯片),在各相關領域有超過20年的科研積累和研究成果,其中研究開展的流片實現(xiàn)工作覆蓋180nm至28nm工藝。研究水平處于國際先進水平,研究已取得多項原創(chuàng)性成果,是該領域國際著名專家。

余浩教授于2021年入選國家萬人計劃科技創(chuàng)新領軍人才,2021年度獲得教育部-華為“智能基座”全國優(yōu)秀教師獎, 2019年入選廣東省“珠江人才”青年拔尖人才。余浩教授領導的團隊項目“基于網(wǎng)絡搜索優(yōu)化的RISC-V邊緣人工智能芯片”獲得2020吳文俊人工智能芯片專項獎,“面向邊緣計算的深度學習芯片的關鍵技術開發(fā)”獲得2019吳文俊人工智能技術發(fā)明獎。在Transfomer閉環(huán)檢測網(wǎng)絡論文獲得2022年生物機器人旗艦會議(IEEE-ICARM)最佳論文獎,在基于深度學習的VSLAM系統(tǒng)論文獲得2021年世界機器人大會(IEEE-RAS)最佳論文獎,在DNA測序芯片設計論文獲得2018年國際電子電氣工程協(xié)會(IEEE-BioCAS)最佳論文獎,該論文提出國際首個基于太赫茲等離子體基元的DNA傳感器電路,“低功耗機器學習芯片”研究獲得2018年科技部中國產學研合作創(chuàng)新獎,3D-IC多核設計論文獲得2010年國際計算機協(xié)會(ACM-TODAES)最佳論文獎,高速太赫茲互連工作獲2009年國際半導體工業(yè)聯(lián)合會(SRC)創(chuàng)新發(fā)明獎。研究成果多次被在線技術雜志報道,并獲得多項政府資助及企業(yè)項目(數(shù)億經費)(科技部國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目、國自然重點項目、廣東省重點領域研發(fā)計劃項目、深圳市孔雀團隊項目等)。同時與華為、海思、華大九天、騰訊、大疆、中興網(wǎng)信等多個企業(yè)合作,為對方企業(yè)創(chuàng)造了上千萬的利潤。
在學術方面,余浩教授累計發(fā)表論文322篇(電氣與電子工程師協(xié)會(IEEE)/國際計算機學會(ACM)核心國際期刊118篇及國際會議論文204篇,h指數(shù)37,引用達5561次),如集成電路領域的頂尖期刊IEEE Journal of Solid State Circuits, 微波射頻領域的頂尖期刊IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques,工業(yè)電子領域的頂尖期刊IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics,人工智能領域的頂級期刊IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems和電路系統(tǒng)領域的頂級期刊 IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I等。余浩教授曾擔任IEEE/ACM/Elsevier5項國際知名期刊編輯/副編輯(TBioCAS/TECS/Microelectronics/VLSI-Integration)。余浩教授同時還擔任國際電路系統(tǒng)多個國際知名會議組織委員會或技術委員會核心成員(IEEE/ACM/DAC/ICCAD/DATE/CICC/ASSCC/ASPDAC等),在國際知名學術大會共做主題報告4次,并且受邀報告大于50多次,2022年擔任第18屆IEEE-APCCAS會議主席。余浩教授共主持編寫了9部英文專著,其中3D-IC電路設計是3D芯片設計權威英文專著,并入選AMAZON前100名暢銷書。
在教學方面,余浩教授積極開展與企業(yè)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)學生,主持兩項教育部新工科項目,教育部—華為產學合作協(xié)同育人新工科項目及教育部—華為智能基座項目。2021年度獲得教育部-華為“智能基座”全國優(yōu)秀教師獎及優(yōu)秀課件。余浩教授積極開展研究生企業(yè)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng),與華為海思等在人工智能芯片、工業(yè)軟件等方向開展了卓越工程師培養(yǎng)項目。同時指導畢業(yè)多名研究生、博士生及研究人員,學生均具有很好的發(fā)展,包括在學術界工作的有杭州電子科技大學教授、西安電子科技大學教授,在工業(yè)界入職阿里巴巴集團控股有限公司、華為技術有限公司2012實驗室、海思半導體有限公司和騰訊實驗室主任工程師等。
在產教融合方面,余浩教授近年在高性能集成電路芯片設計及相關科學問題上的研究,在社會和經濟效益方面均有出色成果。余浩教授獲得授權專利17項,專利涉及太赫茲電路、生物基因檢測、智能芯片等核心技術,已在相關產業(yè)轉化。社會效益方面,聯(lián)合深圳已有高科技產業(yè)群,與ARM中國、中興網(wǎng)信等企業(yè)構建聯(lián)合實驗室,實現(xiàn)芯片研發(fā)技術產業(yè)化。經濟效益方面,余浩教授推動實現(xiàn)AI應用邊緣端落地,建立具有自主知識產權的智能芯片技術,與華為開展關于高性能AI芯片設計的合作項目;與大疆在高能效存算一體處理器架構設計進行合作;與海思在多精度AI加速器芯片設計進行合作;與騰訊公司在網(wǎng)絡量化技術、基于強化學習的神經網(wǎng)絡自主量化技術、基于循環(huán)神經網(wǎng)絡的深度稀疏化矩陣運算技術、AI模型推理加速庫和工具等應用;與中興通信在深度學習網(wǎng)絡的張量壓縮及訓練量化算法及芯片的合作項目等,項目經費達數(shù)千萬元;在智能物聯(lián)網(wǎng)方向引領下一代智能硬件技術變革,與盯盯拍等上市企業(yè)合作,帶來新增千萬級銷售額和利潤;在邊緣計算方向,與中興網(wǎng)信合作并被大量在智慧城市項目中應用推廣并產生了巨大社會效應。
