老師們、同學(xué)們：

自新冠肺炎疫情發(fā)生以來，全校師生員工上下同心，時(shí)刻繃緊疫情防控這根弦，有效落實(shí)各項(xiàng)防控要求，確保廣大師生生命安全和身體健康，確保學(xué)校教學(xué)科研各項(xiàng)工作正常有序開展。當(dāng)前，疫情防控正處在關(guān)鍵階段，全校上下要繼續(xù)以最堅(jiān)決、最果斷、最嚴(yán)格、最全面、最徹底的防控措施，落實(shí)疫情應(yīng)對(duì)處置各項(xiàng)工作。為此，我們向全校師生員工提出以下倡議：

一、充分認(rèn)識(shí)疫情防控的復(fù)雜性、嚴(yán)峻性和持續(xù)性，堅(jiān)決克服麻痹思想、厭戰(zhàn)情緒，慎終如始，遵守疫情防控各項(xiàng)規(guī)定，毫不松懈做好常態(tài)化條件下疫情防控工作。

二、做好個(gè)人防護(hù)，科學(xué)佩戴口罩。主動(dòng)配合開展體溫監(jiān)測、出示校園卡等必要查驗(yàn)手段。做好個(gè)人及辦公學(xué)習(xí)空間消毒清潔，定期開窗通風(fēng)。做好廢棄口罩處理。保持正常社交距離，避免人員聚集，盡量組織或參加線上會(huì)議、活動(dòng)。為確保自身安全健康，及時(shí)接種新冠疫苗。每日按時(shí)填報(bào)學(xué)校健康情況申報(bào)系統(tǒng)信息。按照“非必要不外出”的原則，主動(dòng)報(bào)備離校離深事宜。

三、密切關(guān)注權(quán)威渠道的疫情信息，對(duì)未經(jīng)證實(shí)信息不造謠、不信謠、不傳謠，增強(qiáng)自我保護(hù)意識(shí)，提升自我保護(hù)能力，維護(hù)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定。

四、切實(shí)發(fā)揮好基層黨組織戰(zhàn)斗堡壘作用和廣大黨員先鋒模范作用。提高政治站位，切實(shí)做好嚴(yán)明紀(jì)律的踐行者；強(qiáng)化責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)，切實(shí)做好履職盡責(zé)的戰(zhàn)斗員；密切聯(lián)系師生，切實(shí)做好防控政策的宣傳員。讓黨旗在學(xué)校疫情防控和各項(xiàng)事業(yè)發(fā)展一線高高飄揚(yáng)，堅(jiān)決守護(hù)好廣大師生員工的生命安全和身體健康。

疫情就是命令，防控就是責(zé)任。目前正是疫情防控的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，讓我們迅速行動(dòng)起來，進(jìn)一步筑牢疫情防控戰(zhàn)線，以一失萬無的底線思維堅(jiān)決打贏疫情處置這場硬仗，以實(shí)際行動(dòng)慶祝中國共產(chǎn)黨成立100周年！

Initiatives to All Students, Faculty and Staff

Dear all,

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, all SUSTech members have stood as one to carry on measures against the virus, which ensures the safety and well being of the SUSTech community and the normal operations of teaching and research. Now, the campaign against the pandemic has entered a critical period which requires the whole university to continue to stay alert and implement the strictest, safest and most thorough prevention and control measures. To this end, we propose:

I．All departments should fully aware of the complexity, severity and continuity of the pandemic and always stay alert and act on the existing guidelines and protocols on COVID-19 prevention and control.

II. All members of Sustech should enhance personal protection and wear masks and please cooperate with measures for COVID-19 control such as taking temperature and presenting your campus card at the gates of the university. Also, all people should disinfect, clean and ventilate your room and office regularly and maintain social distance, and organize or participate in online meetings and events instead of offline ones and receive the COVID-19 vaccine in a timely manner to protect your safety and health. Fill in the daily health report on time. Please do not go outside of the campus or leave Shenzhen unless it is absolutely necessary and if you really need to, please report to the related department.

III. All members should pay close attention to news of the pandemic in authoritative channels. To maintain social stability and harmony, please do not create rumors, believe rumors or spread rumors about unconfirmed information.

IV. Grass-roots CPC organizations and CPC members shall play their significant roles in the battle against the pandemic, perform their duties, and keep close contacts with faculty and students to safeguard the wellbeing of the SUSTech community.

Together, we stand. At this critical time, let’s unit as one to fight against COVID-19!
